He is one of Jun's classmates who often causes mischief with his friend Barnes, who he looks up to for his intelligence. Their mischief sometimes gets them in Cardbot-related trouble, which Jun saves them from while managing to not reveal the secret of their existence to them for some time. After the Motown Times put out a bounty for photographic evidence of Metal Cardbots, he and Barnes make a hobby of trying to doctor fake photos.
