Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using MitsuHub ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MitsuHub.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

To access certain features of MitsuHub, you must register for an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or have been inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

MitsuHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or promotional content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

You retain ownership of content you submit to MitsuHub, including community posts, comments, reviews, and list descriptions ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MitsuHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not:

• Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contain defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
• Contain any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any person's privacy or publicity rights
• Contain material that exploits minors in any way

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MitsuHub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Anime and manga titles, images, descriptions, and related metadata displayed on MitsuHub are the intellectual property of their respective creators, companies, and licensors. MitsuHub does not claim ownership of third-party content and uses such content for informational and cataloging purposes under applicable fair use provisions.

The MitsuHub name, logo, and branding are trademarks of MitsuHub. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

MitsuHub is committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful community for all anime and manga fans. In addition to the acceptable use restrictions above, the following community-specific rules apply:

• Respect others: Treat all community members with courtesy. Disagreements are fine; personal attacks are not.
• Spoiler etiquette: Use appropriate spoiler tags when discussing plot details. Deliberately spoiling content for others is grounds for moderation action.
• No hate speech: Discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.
• Stay on topic: Community posts should relate to anime, manga, and related culture. Off-topic content may be removed.
• No NSFW content: Explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent content is not permitted.

Violations of community guidelines may result in warnings, temporary mutes, content removal, or permanent account suspension, depending on severity and frequency.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MitsuHub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information, content, or materials provided through the Service. Anime and manga data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain inaccuracies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MITSUHUB, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall MitsuHub's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to MitsuHub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
