About Rakushun's Mother
She is the mother of Rakushun and citizen of Kou. When Rakushun brought wounded Youko to their home, she helped to nurse her. After she had recovered and not knowing who to trust, Youko was afraid that she might report about her to the soldiers of Kou.
After Keiki's rescue and her return to Kei, Youko goes on a trip and visits Rakushun's mother in order to thank her for her kindness.
