The Western general.
His army unit was in charge of finding and killing Yasha-ou and Ashura, but after three out of his five gotens had failed to accomplish the task, he personally, with the two remaining ones, chased after the Yasha-ou and Ashura.
[Spoiler] When he finally confronted Yasha-ou, Koumoku-ten told him that he killed Yasha-ou's brother Rasetsu and his wife Shara, that angered Yasha-ou and they clashed in a duel, which Koumoku-ten had lost. [/Spoiler]
