About Portroute, Meili
Meili is a citizen of Arlam village.
[Spoiler] She is a witchbeast tamer. Having been raised by witchbeasts after her seeming abandonment, she was taken in by Elsa, who practically raised her like a sister, and she became an assassin working for Mother. She later joins the Emilia Camp after she fails her mission in Arc 4. [/Spoiler]
