Hebinuma, Miyuki

A famous plastic surgeon and heir to a major biomedical company. Although he openly lives a homosexual lifestyle and avoids women, he quickly becomes obsessed with Reiko when he meets her, leading her and her friends to suspect that he and his company have something to do with her situation.

[Spoiler] In the sixth episode, it is revealed that he is fully intersex and has both female and male genitalia, although he is completely sterile.
