Xiaohei

An impressionable, emotional, petite girl who rents an apartment in Kowloon and constantly pesters Reiko with calls about one problem or another. Despite this, she is a rather optimistic and friendly person in everyday life, who is simply too sincere and direct about things around her.

[Spoiler] In episodes 10-11, it is revealed that the original Xiaohei is actually a man, but due to a series of coincidences, his Kowloon counterpart is perceived by the city as a girl. [/Spoiler]
