Gao, Qiming

Gao Qiming is the patriarch of the Misty Sect, he possessed early-stage Nascent Soul cultivation and was skilled in divination, able to calculate celestial secrets and causal relationships through prophecy.

[Spoiler] As a key ally for Teng Huayuan in his pursuit of the Wang Lin family, Gao Qiming used divination to pinpoint their location in exchange for a qualification token for the extraterritorial battlefield. During the massacre of his family, he saved Wang Lin's fourth uncle and protected Wang Zhuo and Wang Hao, thus incurring karmic entanglement.

When Wang Lin broke through to the Nascent Soul stage and returned for revenge, Gao Qiming predicted his imminent death within ten days. After witnessing Teng Huayuan's murder, he chose suicide to avoid implicating his sect. [/Spoiler]
