Yumeno, Gentarou

A very convincing liar and somewhat mischievous person, yet soft-spoken and docile, Gentaro is an author and a member of Fling Posse. Whenever someone believes a lie of his, he'll tell them he's "just kidding." He has a motive behind his lies.

He dresses in traditional Japanese clothing and is sensitive when people bring it up. His hobby is people-watching, and he creates his best stories from his observations of others, even if they're just walking, or even sleeping. From the moment he picks a target, he can envision their whole life like a story.

[Spoiler] He is not the real Gentaro, but has been impersonating his twin brother for some time. After the purge of the Chuo Ward left Gentaro in a coma, he assumed his brother's identity. Even after the original Gentaro awoke, he continued to live as Gentaro Yumeno. His true name remains unknown. [/Spoiler]
