Vibiro is a Honorary duke of the Empire. It is said that that he appeared out of nowhere, and the Emperor Elton Clemence bestowed him every title he could give, but there all honorary positions. He doesn't have an official residence. He is the High priest of Botis. He can switch between a human form and a snake form, as well as an in between form. In his snake form he is know as the Dawn-Eater Serpent, the is a name likely made to counter the high priest of Malphas, Bel'Homet Isaac's title as the Lord of Golden Dawn.
