Laili

One of the twin sisters Mr. Henry Smith encounters in the village on the banks of the Aral Sea. She is virtually indistinguishable from her twin sister Laila whom she is rarely separated from. Like her sister, she has a tendency to neglect her household chores, instead spending time devising plans to land a rich husband. Her cheeky attitude and blunt way of speaking often lands her in trouble with her father.
