About Matsui
He is a General Manager with the Ushikiya Supermarket chain. Kintarou catches him feeling up Kanzaki Chieko on the subway, but spares him humiliation. In gratitude for that, he recommends Yamato Constructions for Ushikiya's upcoming contracts.
