Power: It is unknown whether he was born with his power or if it developed later, but he discovered at age 31 that he could generate electricity. However, while stronger than static electricity, his output is weaker than that of a stun gun. Since he was already physically strong and experienced in karate, he is considerably stronger than average humans. After receiving a power-up through drugs given to him by Kyosuke Sasaki, he became able to coat his arm in electricity and deliver a super-powered punch.
