Takuma Saiou serves as the main antagonist during the second season. A fortune-teller with dual personalities under the influence of an alien force, he's poised to remake the world in the image most befitting the extraterrestrial radiance within him.
His name in the English dub, Sartorius, is meant to be a pun as "satori" denotes a "spiritual awakening."
